    Crushing Plant Upgrade

    We have recently completed designing, programming and commissioning two successful crushing plant upgrades, including jaw crushers, cone crushers, screens and conveyors.

    Smelter PLC Upgrade

    We designed and commissioned the upgrade of 8 Allen-Bradley PLC-3s to Allen-Bradley ControlLogix PLCs. Through precise planning, we were able to perform the upgrade while minimizing plant downtime.

    Conveyor System Automation

    We recently completed a scoping study and technical feasability report for automating multiple conveyors and a tripper. The solution incorporates new instrumentation and remote control, including wireless communication.
