Ionic designs and manufactures custom machiner to suit your specific application, small and large.

We have particular expertise working with large and heavy electro-hydraulic machines including:
  • Large / heavy conveyors or various styles - up to 200 ton capacity
  • Automatic transfer vehicles - up to 40 ton
  • Custom metal forming presses - up to 400 ton capacity
  • Pick and place systems for large or heavy items
We work with a variety of motion control technologies: servo-electric, conventional electric, servo-hydraulic, and pneumatic, all depending on the load capacities, speeds and accuracies demanded by your application.

If you need a machine to do something that we haven't listed, call us anyway. Our strength is in the developments of non-standard equipment for unusual applications.
